About Me


Growing up in Germany I have always been fascinated by foreign languages and cultures, which is why I have lived, studied, and worked in several different countries.

I gained broad experience in the corporate world as a project manager at a multinational company and acquired essential knowledge and skills in understanding the psychological challenges and performance-related stresses affecting business leaders and managers.

My professional background as a lawyer (German law degree) and in industrial and organizational psychology combined with my interest in people, their characteristics and challenges took me to mediation and coaching several years ago.

During my work as a coach I have gained extensive experience in assisting numerous clients in achieving peak performance in their professional and sports environment, increasing their stress resistance, creativity and effectiveness, overcoming obstacles on the way to their goals and attain them.

My clients have been able to overcome phobias, deal with challenging situations in their lives in a constructive way, identify and enhance personal strengths, and increase their overall well-being – all in very few coaching sessions.

I am fluent in five languages. This skill-set enables me to work most effectively with top performers around the globe, assisting them in achieving peak performance in their professional and sports environment.

Continuing education is important to me and I work hard to keep up to date with the most current methods in the coaching field.

I’m the founder of the Palo Alto Institute for Systemic Coaching and have developed a coaching method to meet my clients’ requests for short-term coaching for rapid and long-term results (Limbic Coaching™) and a mental training program for smart weight management (Truly Slim™).

I have a strong interest in people, their challenges and goals, and am driven by my desire to assist my clients in getting where they want to be.
