Hello and welcome to my website,
My name is Sylvia Kurpanek. I am a mediator, wingwave coach and intercultural coach.
Growing up in Germany I have always been fascinated by foreign languages and cultures, which is why I have already lived, studied and worked in several different countries.
My professional background as a lawyer (German law degree) and in industrial and organizational psychology combined with my interest in people, their characteristics and challenges took me to mediation a couple of years ago. In addition to my activities as a mediator, where I support clients in solving their – sometimes intercultural – conflicts, I have been working as a coach for a while now.
In this field I use my experiences to assist clients in reaching peak performance in their professional and sports environment and to remove any obstacles on the way to their goals.
In the intercultural field I support clients in feeling comfortable and being successful in multicultural environments.
